Our DOCG is produced from a careful selection of the best grapes grown in the sunny hills of Asolo and hand - harvested to preserve fruit integrity. Native grape varieties are blended with Glera to enrich it with elegant, fruity aromas that express fully the characteristics of its unique terroir.

"David" symbolises the masterpiece, the craftsman’s touch, the Italian taste for refinement. To these principles we inspired our rosé: a delicate selection of merlot grapes, carefully vinified to obtain an elegant sparkling wine, harmonious and balanced, which pairs well with seafood.

Societa' Agricola Colli Asolani:
a story of commitment and passion for wine passed down from father to son.

The Bedin winery rises at the foot of the hills that surround the medieval town of Asolo: the “Colli Asolani”, as we call them. Not far from Venice, in the heart of the Marca Trevigiana – a territory that is a unique combination of natural beauty, historic and artistic heritage and excellent food and hospitality – these smooth hills represent not only a charming destination for visitors but also an ideal terroir for the production of Prosecco. In this lovely natural setting, the Bedin family established its farm in 1948 and started producing quality wines with passion and dedication passed down from father to son for many generations. The production of this medium-sized family-run company derives from a deep devotion to the land, that combines with both tradition and innovation for a special commitment to excellence.

Red and white, sparkling Prosecco and rosé wines are served at the family’s restaurant “Agriturismo Colli Asolani” together with traditional food of the Veneto region, prepared with natural local products following recipes that ground their roots in the ancient Venetian culture.

Still or bubbly, the Bedin proseccos are versatile wines that can be enjoyed in a wide variety of ways: with a broad array of cuisine or simply as an aperitif.
