    Alcohol content: 11%
    Residual sugar: 8 g/L.
Tasting notes: Bright, light straw in colour, with a delicate, persistent foam and a fine-grained perlage. On the nose it displays an elegant bouquet with typical notes of green apple, lychee and white blossoms. Well balanced, crisp and refreshing on the palate with some apple notes which carry through to a pleasant, lingering finish. Thanks to the lower residual sugar, this Prosecco superiore is suitable for many occasions.

  • Asolo Prosecco D.O.C.G. Superiore Millesimato Dry

Grape variety:: 85% Glera, 15% indigenous grape varieties.
    Alcohol content: 11%
    Residual sugar: 22 g/L.
Tasting notes: Light golden yellow in color with lively, velvety bubbles. Rich and complex on the nose, it offers intense ripe fruit flavours and floral notes of broom, wysteria and rose. A touch of tropical fruit joins ripe apple and pear flavours in a full-bodied and creamy palate, well balanced by crisp acidity. An off dry Prosecco with outstanding finesse and elegance. It is best matched with pastries and biscuits but also makes for an unexpected, tasty contrast with Parmesan and other intense, full-flavoured cheeses.
